Localisation isolé et très calme sur une colline avec vue panaromique et à distance de marche du centre ville de Nontron, où il y a 3 super-marchés (Super U, Intermarché et Lidl). Surface habitable ca. 425 m2, sur un terrain de environ 7727 m2, complètement clôturé. Toutes les fenêtres du château sont neuves depuis début 2019 en bois Padouk et en triple vitrage antivol.
